Northwest Center Custodian/Floorcare Supervisor in Everett, Washington

Location: Everett & Seattle       

  

Schedule: 2 PM - 10:30 PM      

  

Starting Wage Range: $24 - $26 Per Hour  | *Full Wage Range: *$24 - $28 Per Hour   

  

 Additional Compensation: $4.41 Per Hour Health and Welfare

Key Responsibilities: As the Custodial Supervisor at Northwest Center, your role is vital in ensuring the seamless operation of custodial staff across designated contract sites within a specific geographical area. Your responsibilities include:        

  • Training staff on floor care procedures including carpet care, waxing, stripping, and buffing techniques to ensure the highest standard. 
  • Initiating the development and implementation of innovative policies and procedures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the floor team.
  • Monitor and manage inventory control of cleaning supplies and equipment within the designated area.
  • Promptly investigate and report any incidents, accidents, or property damage that may occur.
  • Conducting monthly safety inspections for all Northwest Center supplies and equipment to ensure compliance with safety protocols.

Requirements:        

At least three years of experience in custodial services, preferably within a supervisory or
