This hands-on individual will be responsible for setting up customer jobs on account, along with misc. account maintenance.

Additional responsibilities for this Credit Admin Specialist position could include mailing/emailing A/R invoices, scanning documents and saving to customer files, assigning preliminary notices and lien releases, and helping Credit Manager on any misc. tasks that need to be done.

Required Skills

Candidates for this position must have a solid understanding of general accounting principles. Individuals must possess strong customer service attitude, both with internal and external customers. Need to be able to work independently and be a self-starter. In addition, candidates must have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), be detail oriented, well organized, and can work autonomously. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word is required.

Required Experience

A background in job costing and construction is preferred.
