Job Title: ControllerJob Description

Lead a team of five, overseeing the full cycle of accounting to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of financial reports. You will manage month-end close, maintain strong internal controls, prepare forecasts, and support strategic planning. As a finance subject matter expert, you will advise on pricing, government contracting, and support business unit managers with financial presentations. Continuous improvement will be a key part of your role, working cross-functionally to drive cost reduction and process automation.

Hard Skills

  • Aerospace experience

  • Manufacturing experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field

  • MBA or advanced degree/certifications (preferred)

  • 10+ years in similar roles

  • Technical accounting skills

  • Experience in data warehouse/power BI projects

  • Knowledge of government contracting (FAR, DFAR, TINA, CAS)
