Providence is calling a Centralized Scheduling Data Analyst (0.5 FTE, Day Shift) at Providence Regional Medical Center in Everett, WA.

Providence is calling a Centralized Scheduling Data Analyst to schedule appointments or services for patients while ensuring proper ICD coding and MDS data input.

In this position you will:

• Schedules patients for appointments or services

• Schedules according to established guidelines and parameters

• Collect appropriate data to ensure exam gets pre authorized. Verifies financial coverage for services

• Collects minimum data set required for scheduling

• Ensure clinical data and CPT code is obtained

• Collect insurance information and data

• Schedules from referral work queues in a timely manner

• Referral work queues will be worked daily

• Manages the processing of data for Centralized Scheduling

Qualifications:

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Experience/background in Imaging Scheduling and a combination of education and directly related work experience in health care, ICD coding, medical terminology and understanding of insurance information.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in Imaging scheduling in either a hospital setting our outpatient setting
