Providence St. Joseph Health Associate Program Manager - Plant Operations in Everett, Washington
Description The Associate Program Manager functions as a resource for supporting the Providence Swedish Director, Facilities and Facilities Department leaders across the Puget North Region. This position supports the facilities department on initiatives and projects of varying size and complexity and is viewed as a partner to clinical operations in implementation, optimization, and standardization of data, evidence, and operations informed practices. The position will support the team as they facilitate virtual teams from concept phase through implementation. The position requires intermediate organizational and communication skills, and an ability to organize activities and assist in moving initiatives forward in an ambiguous environment. Required Qualifications: Associate's Degree Business management Or equivalent educ/experience Coursework/Training College level coursework and equivalent work experience Or equivalent educ/experience 3 years Working in program or project management in a healthcare environment 1 year Relevant experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience working across departments with team leaders, vendors, project teams and SMEs to achieve alignment, the goals of the work and operational excellence of the solution, program, process or project.
