Raytheon Technologies Associate Director of Supply Chain (Hybrid) in Everett, Washington

Senior professional with significant experience in Supply Chain Management. Owns and develops elements of Supply Chain strategies and operational goals.

This will be a hybrid role (combination of remote and in-office work per week) that will sit out of the Everett, WA office.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develops a strategy for the Value Stream to ensure product is delivered on-time to need and to cost and quality expectations.

  • Manage & direct the senior managers and their extended supply chain teams, including both local and Philippines based supply chain teams.

  • Develops and implements new products, processes, standards or operational plans that will have impact on the achievement of functional results.

  • Identifies opportunities for outsourcing, re-sourcing, cost reduction, and Supply Chain process improvements.

  • Develops cost saving opportunities to meet or exceed targeted cost savings for the annual and strategic plan period.

  • Engages and collaborates with other functions/vendors to support Supply Chain strategy.

  • Achieve highest levels of quality and internal/external customer service levels to drive stakeholder satisfaction through delivery on commitments with proactive communication.

  • Ensure financial controls are in place for compliance.

  • Maintain high levels of communication with the workforce regarding the status of the business and key operational plans on supplier recovery initiatives to achieve goals in accordance with key milestones

  • Implement key supplier capacity improvement plans to drive MRP recovery where necessary.

  • Operate in the role of primary sponsor/change agent of the implementation of lean methodologies and tools throughout the organization. Drive process improvements.

  • Ensure compliance with all Export/Ethics, corporate policies, initiatives.

    Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 12 years of prior relevant experience OR

  • Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years experience OR

  • In absence of a degree, 16 years of relevant experience is required.

    Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior Supply Chain Management experience in an aerospace or manufacturing environment preferred.

  • Prior Senior Leadership experience preferred.
