This position will be primarily remote. The position will require scheduled and quarterly visits to our various sites in the North Seattle region. Looking for a candidate that is self motivated, highly organized, familiar with Teams and Microsoft Office. Strong communication skillset to communicate with Clinic Clientele, Vendors and Leadership.

About the Role:

As a CBRE Property Management Analyst, you will manage a variety of financial activities for a small or mid-size market to drive financial performance and client satisfaction.

This job is part of the Property Management job function. They are responsible for operating buildings on behalf of a client or group.

What You’ll Do:

  • Perform various regional, client account, and department administrative, process improvement, and financial functions.

  • Partner with field management staff, client accounting services, and management.

  • Assist with the preparation of budgets, monthly reports, and financial projects. Code and process vendor invoices, billing, expense reports, and accounts receivables.

  • Assemble data reports including Accounts Receivable, Income, EBITDA, pipeline, and other business metrics.

  • Conduct internal compliance reviews. Report review outcomes and make recommendations for change.

  • Provide customer service support to internal and external clients for basic inquiries and questions.

  • Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.

  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.

  • Impact the quality of own work.

  • Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.

  • Exchange straightforward information, ask questions and check for understanding.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

  • Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.

  • Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

  • Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.

Residents: CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Assistant Property Manager position is $30.00 per hour and the maximum salary for the Assistant Property Manager position is $44.23 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
