Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable and Receivable Specialist to join our expanding finance team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Implement effective payment strategies, handling all checks and bank deposits.

  • Oversee and manage the processing of sales invoices, receipts, and payments.

  • Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.

  • Prepare bills, invoices, and bank deposits and ensure swift payment of invoices.

  • Conduct regular audits of financial transactions and records.

  • Handle the collection of all accounts in an amicable manner.

  • Ensure timely payment of all vendor invoices and expense vouchers.

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel, and accounting software (QuickBooks or equivalent).

  • Understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles.

  • Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong time management and organizational skills.

  • Ability to identify discrepancies or inconsistencies.
