Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Specialist at our location. Our industry requires an individual with a keen eye for detail and exceptional organizational skills. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be tasked with ensuring the accuracy of customer records, addressing customer inquiries, and overseeing customer accounts with due diligence.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage the processing of customer credit applications

• Maintain detailed and precise customer credit records

• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and detail oriented manner

• Monitor customer accounts and execute necessary actions

• Perform B2B collections diligently and effectively

• Prepare and analyze Aging Reports to monitor credit control

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for record keeping and data analysis

• Manage AR aging to ensure compliance with established policies

• Oversee cash applications to ensure accurate account balances. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR) processes

• Experience in B2B collections

• Ability to analyze and manage Aging Reports

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
