We are seeking a dependable Preventative Maintenance and Facilities team member to manage chips

Key responsibilities

· Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inspections.

· Actively participates in company-sponsored training programs.

· Completes additional duties and projects as assigned.

· Complies with FMP -016 level two. [WAC-173-303-330]

· Other preventative maintenance tasks as required.

· Limited supervision. Receives general guidance from Maintenance Manager.

Qualifications

· High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

· Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.

· Ability to read, comprehend, and follow comprehensive written and verbal instructions.

· Ability to maintain a high degree of mental concentration to interpret and act upon a wide range of situations.

· Good verbal communication skills.

· Ability to stand, use hands and fingers for fine motor skills, and reach with hands and arms.

· Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

· Occasionally required to climb or balance.

· Regularly lift and/or move up to 30 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 70 pounds.

Desirable:

· Completes the necessary training for level two FMP-016 [WAC-173-303-330]

· Strong mechanical aptitude.

The wage range for this position is $22.94/hr-$28.72/hr.
