Description
We are offering a long-term contract to permanent employment opportunity in Enumclaw, Washington, United States for a Front Desk Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be required to manage various administrative tasks, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain a well-organized work environment.
Responsibilities:
• Conducting the process of issuing fire permits and guiding customers through the procedure
• Managing and maintaining both electronic and paper files effectively
• Assisting in the retention of records and document control
• Proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism
• Handling general email inbox and correspondences efficiently
• Managing the chief's schedule and coordinating meetings
• Performing bank deposits and taking checks to the bank
• Processing customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency
• Maintaining accurate customer credit records
• Distributing mail and welcoming guests from other agencies
• Submitting expense reports and managing credit card related matters
• Taking meeting minutes and notes during off-site meetings and regular meetings
• Providing administrative assistance and managing multi-line phone systems.
Requirements • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in Administrative Assistance tasks
• Experience with answering multi-line phone systems
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to perform data entry tasks with accuracy
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word
• Experience in organizing files both electronically and physically
• Ability to handle email communications professionally
• Experience in document control procedures
• Capability to manage calendars and schedule appointments
• Ability to submit expense reports accurately and timely
• Experience in mail distribution
• Proficiency in email correspondence
• Experience in personnel file maintenance
• Ability to manage paper files efficiently
• Proficiency in scheduling appointments and managing calendars
• Experience in coordinating meetings, including logistics and attendees
