The Sales Recruiter will research, develop and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the sales organization. Responsibilities Partner with the sales leaders to determine knowledge, skills and attributes required to perform the job. Implement strategies to fill high volume sales position nationwide and develop talent pipeline. Utilize creative sourcing techniques to connect with sales driven talent. Work with the hiring managers to ensure compliance with all federal/state laws and regulations, including affirmative action plan compliance (AAP). Provides guidance, coaching and training to hiring managers on the recruiting process (screening, conducting interviews, selection process etc.) Review resumes and assess candidates to determine qualifications. Participate in screening and interviewing applicants. Coordinates/schedules applicant interviews with relevant parties. Manage candidate activity in the applicant tracking systems (ATS). Acts as initial contact for members of the public with the Company. Participate in career fairs as needed. Provides information about job openings and application process. Determine job offer, prepare, negotiate and extend job offers. Initiate background check and new hire onboarding. Participates in staffing and HR related projects involving analyzing and compiling of data, research, and preparation of reports. Stays current on the company's organization structure, policies, federal and state laws regarding employment practices. Develop/maintain relationships with schools, outreach organizations and other groups as necessary to meet outreach goals and AAP compliance. Prepares documentation for Affirmative Action files. Other HR duties and projects as assigned. Some travel may be required. Qualifications Minimum of 7+ years of experience in the full cycle recruitment process for sales positions. Telecom industry preferred. Bachelor's degree with emphasis on Human Resources or other appropriate discipline or equivalent work experience. Proven track record of hiring diverse and inclusive talent within a sales organization. Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Teams, Outlook, Excel and Word). Experience with applicant management applications; PeopleSoft HRIS preferred. Strong written and verbal communications skills. Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision in an extremely fast-paced environment as well as working in a team environment Strong working knowledge of employment-related regulations such as EEO, AAP and OFCCP Strong relationship building, organizational and follow up skills required. Must exercise discretion and confidentiality in dealing with personnel and applicant information. Must be courteous, efficient, have a professional appearance.
