As the Senior Director of Access Vendor Management, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our relationships with third-party vendors that provide critical access solutions. You will lead a team of professionals dedicated to managing vendor performance, compliance, and strategic alignment with our organizational goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in vendor management and contract negotiation. Responsibilities Vendor Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive vendor management strategy that aligns with the organization's goals for access and patient engagement. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery and alignment with our mission. Performance Monitoring: Establish and oversee metrics for vendor performance, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement in service delivery. Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations with vendors, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with regulatory requirements. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, finance, compliance, and clinical staff, to ensure alignment of vendor services with organizational needs. Risk Management: Identify potential risks associated with vendor relationships and develop strategies to mitigate those risks. Team Leadership: Inspire and lead a high-performing team, providing mentorship and professional development opportunities. Market Analysis: Stay informed of industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies that could impact vendor management strategies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or a related field Proven experience in managing complex vendor relationships and driving performance improvements. Strong negotiation skills with a successful track record in contract management. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships at all levels of the organization. Knowledge of regulations and compliance standards. Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
