The CS team configures, deploys, integrates, enhances, and provides maintenance and support of the university's enterprise STUDENT INFORMATION SYSTEM. Together the CS teams of IT business analysts and application developers support all CWU campuses. The Role: The IT Business Analyst position within Campus Solutions analyzes and assesses business needs by applying a deep understanding of business processes, determining the best solution, and translating business need into technical requirements. This position independently manages and prioritizes issues, ensures efficient processes and workflow, and ensures data integrity by applying advanced knowledge. The IT Business Analyst creates technical specifications and documentation to apply the laws, rules, policies, and procedures related to the Campus Solutions system.
