The responsibilities of the PMO Manager include managing the day-to-day activities in the PMO, providing guidance on PMO policies and processes, overseeing project management and business analysis staff, and collaborating with other department leaders to develop projects and programs. Responsibilities Collaborating with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and consistently provide status on transformation initiatives Analyzing data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation. Overseeing the development of the transformation projects, ensuring that team members are adhering to basic Agile principles, ceremonies and deliverables Drafting new and improving existing development policies and processes. Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines. Creating consistent, clear and concise reporting, highlighting transformation workstream roadmaps and progress Provide staff support for internal employees, create and track individual yearly goals and contributions to company goals Provide staff support for external contractors to include but not limited to reviewing Contract Statements of work, deadlines and deliverables Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 8-10 years related experience, including 5 years managerial/leadership experience. A minimum of 5 years' experience in the industry. Solid Management and interpersonal communication skills Strong leadership skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to details and technicalities. Excellent organizational and technical skills.
