Job Summary Central Washington University is recruiting an IT Management Office Assistant (Office Assistant 3) to join our Information Technology & Management (ITM) team in Ellensburg, Washington. We're offering a salary, depending on experience, from $27,525 - $35,991 annually (adjusted per 0.75 FTE) annually plus the awesome CWU benefits. The Role: The Office Assistant serves as the first point of contact for prospective and current students and visitors to the Information Technology Management department. This position provides excellent customer service, performs varied and complex office, fiscal and secretarial support. All employees are expected to support CWU's commitment to diversity and to bring and support inclusion into the university environment. Job Duties Officer Support: - Monitor and meet deadlines and due dates for various department, college and university events, activities and processes. - Answer telephone(s); receive and refer inquiries including university personnel, students, and/or the public to the appropriate office/personnel; respond to inquiries regarding rules, regulations, policies, department procedures, and department services. - Maintain student academic files. - Screen and distribute mail and messages. - Maintain equipment inventory and key audits. - Create and format various documents using Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, and other database software. Research, collect data, organize and prepare a variety of reports. - Attend monthly support staff meetings as provided by the dean's office. - Provide undergraduate, graduate, and non-certification students with programmatic materials. - Research fees for advertising and post position announcement(s). | - Coordinate department events, including events for students, faculty and industry. - Maintain the various ITAM Canvas Information Centers. - Check on ambassador availability for the ITAM Student Ambassador program, provide information for event(s), secure new ambassadors each year. - Manage correspondence with seniors from exit survey through alumni status. - Manage the tracking and distributi
