We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Carrier Sales Director with a history of leading carrier sales teams that outperform to plan. Qualities we are seeking include: day to day management of the sales team, strong existing relationships across the carrier vertical, strategic negotiation skills, large deal identification and closure, partner mentality with internal groups as well as prospects and customers, familiarity is driving access as well as higher level strategic network deals. Responsibilities Drive profitable revenue and building strong customer relationships and partner alliance relationships that advance the revenue production for the Sales Team. Day to Day sales management Hunter mentality Oversee the general growth of assigned billing accounts and New Logo acquisition Take a leadership role in the mentoring the sales team for optimal performance Strategic deal identification and closure Strategic negotiation skills that balance growth with appropriate margin contribution Identify new products and services and network expansion opportunities consistent with strategic objectives, that satisfy customer needs. Establish and maintain internal/external working relationships to support account activities and strategic objectives. Perform all other duties as assigned.
