The Associate Director of Alumni Programs (ADAP) collaborates with Alumni Relations staff and board members to develop and manage programs and initiatives that strategically engage alumni, donors, and friends to foster lifelong relationships with CWU. As a key Alumni Relations leader, the ADAP collaborates broadly within University Advancement (UA) and the greater CWU community and actively supports CWU’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.The ADAP works in close partnership with the Director of Alumni & Constituent Relations, UA staff and volunteer leaders to drive the development and growth of CWU regional alumni networks. This position will facilitate programs from ideation to implementation and will involve regular regional travel to equip and collaborate with volunteer leadership teams around the northwest and beyond. The ADAP will cultivate new relationships, give presentations, and support program initiatives that build alumni connections, deepen engagement, and empower alumni as integral leaders in sustaining support of the CWU community.
