Noodle Hut is on Eater Seattle's Best Asian Noodles in Seattle list. Eater Seattle said "The "house noodle soup" at this tiny, delicious spot in Edmonds (take out only but hoping to return to indoor dining soon) is actually boat noodles, rich from pork blood in the broth. The menu has many other pan-fried and soup noodles, with tom yum (ground pork, fish balls and more in hot and sour broth) a favorite. Prices may be relatively low, but spice levels are authentically Thai (i.e. very spicey)."

 

Our Thai Kitchen Supervisor will have the following responsibilities:

 

  1. Overseeing the kitchen and ensuring consistent quality in both taste and plating;
  2. Hiring, firing, coordinating schedules, and training the kitchen staff;
  3. Supervising kitchen staff in all stages, including keeping fresh inventory, staying on time for dishes to go out, and following all health and safety regulations during cook prep work and cleaning up afterwards;
  4. Applying restaurant knowledge to maximize productivity and efficiency in the kitchen, and to keep customer satisfaction; and
  5. Creating inventory procedures, including recording purchases and paying suppliers for profit maximization.

Salary: $59,592/year
