Providence St. Joseph Health Senior Manager Sterile Processing in Edmonds, Washington
Description This role will be responsible for overseeing four supervisor direct reports, and strong working relationships with Perioperative and Interventional leadership, clinical and support staff, and physicians throughout the North Puget Sound. This role will work collaboratively with Senior Nursing Director to define, manage, and closely monitor the strategic plan for Sterile Processing. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree Business or Healthcare related field. Or equivalent educ/experience. upon hire: National Certified Registered Central Service Technician - Healthcare Sterile Processing Association. Or upon hire: National Certified Instrument Specialist - Healthcare Sterile Processing Association. within 1 year of hire: National Certified Healthcare Leader - Healthcare Sterile Processing Association. 5 years Supervisory experience, including training and staff development. 5 years Budget with management and analysis. 7 years Work experience in the field of Sterile Processing.
