GENERAL DUTIES: 1. Attend and participate in evening programs and spiritual activities.2. Maintain a standard of cleanliness in personal grooming and in living quarters.3. Assist with the clean-up of the total camp at the end of each session and at the conclusion of the summer.4. Prepare and deliver the Tahoma Logistics Coordinator camp brief at the end of the summer.5. Assist with evening cabin supervision6. Any other duties as assigned by the Tahoma Program Director.

SPECIFIC DUTIES: Safety and Supervision1. Enforce camp policies and procedures2. Maintain the utmost level of safety for staff and campers at all times.3. Ensure compliance with American Camping Association standards of safety and programmatic conduct at all times.4. Coordinate and implement all program components relative to the daily schedule in a timely fashion.Weekly Responsibilities1. Prepare a weekly menu in conjunction with the Tahoma Program Director and Food Service Administrator. 2. Communicate with Food Service Administrator to ensure food availability and ordering.3. Assume responsibility for deliveries and proper clean-up of food service in communication with Food Service Administrator.4. Assist Trail Guides with daily food needs as necessary.5. Assume responsibility for set-up and take-down of all programmatic activities.6. Organize all equipment for Expeditions trips.7. Serve as a resource and support for all Trail Guides.8. Assist in the operation of the Challenge Course as assigned by the Tahoma Program Director.9. Participate in weekly debrief at the conclusion of each week of programming. 10. Participate in review process and set measurable goals.11. Assist in inventory of Tahoma program equipment and supplies at the start and finish of program and each week. Report any damaged, lost, or missing equipment to the TPD.12. Assist in weekly clean-up duties as assigned by the TPD.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: 1. Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist on an intermittent or continuous basis.2. Ability to grasp, push, pull objects and reach overhead.3. Ability to operate telephone.4. Ability to operate a desktop or laptop computer.5. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.6. Ability to access and produce information from a computer.7.
