Job Number: R0202573 PKI Registration Authority Supporter Key Role: Support the client's Public Key Infrastructure(PKI)Registration Authority(RA)operational processes including analysis, evaluation, and operation of major technical,policy, and programmatic aspects of information assurance and Identity Management. Analyze and documentcurrentRA processes and identify and support implementation of enhanced processes. Complete Local Registration Authority(LRA)certification and support LRA tasks including Credential Issuance and Revocation, NNPPNet Smartcard Issuance and Termination, Alternate Logon Token management, and Certificate management. Conduct in-person proofing, verification and validation of identity documents, enrollment and registration, credential issuance,usage, revocation, post issuance updates, additions, and credential re-issuance. Basic Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in working with cyber or IT concepts and technologies Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, or PowerPoint Ability to work on difficult customer situations and respondpromptly to customer requests Ability to gather and analyze information and identify and resolve problems in a timely manner individually or as part of a group Ability to provide customer support and problem resolution through phone and e-mail to a remote customer base Secret clearance HS diploma or GED Security+ Certification Ability to obtainLocal Registration Authority(LRA)Certification within 90 days of hire Additional Qualifications: Experience with supporting DoD or Navy organizations Knowledge of DoD PKI Possession of excellent problem-solving and customer service skills Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
