Overview We have an opportunity for a driven and process minded individual as a Summer Intern Sales Ops Coordinator who will be focused on growing and improving our truck parts sales business. Responsibilities Develop a working knowledge of TEC's sales order process from customer purchase to part delivery/pickup Assist on process mapping the entire parts order process Map out all assigned customers and prospects Identify optimum routes for Oustide Parts Sales Identify conquest accounts Create reports to capture sales data Build customer service surveys Distribute information on prospects to proper channels; trucks sales (new & used), leasing, parts, service, and collision departments Ensure customer satisfaction from start of sale to delivery of parts Accurately complete all processes, required paperwork, and sales logs Maintain contact with existing customers in relation to their needs Create relationships and work with internal team members to achieve common goals Develop and apply the skills used in Materials to coordinate process improvements Qualifications Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, including the ability to balance multiple priorities Ability to build and maintain successful relationships with customers Strong time management skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a demanding, fast-paced, team environment Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel Valid driver's license and able to meet insurance requirements Compensation The base pay range for this position is $20.00 to $24.00.
