    Registered Nurse (RN) Resident Care / Unit Manager Responsibilities:

  • Direct, evaluate and supervise all patient care and initiate corrections.

  • Collect Patient pre-admission and/or admission information and assist the Director of Nursing to determine the appropriate level of care.

  • Participate in the review of Quality Measure reports and implementation of corrective actions to improve resident care.

  • Review residents admitted and compare physician orders with each resident’s plan of care to ensure appropriate implementation of physician’s plan of care.

  • Complete reports and assignments accurately and adhere to established time schedules.

  • Maintain open lines of communication between all nursing personnel and consistently take follow-up action as needed.

  • Supervise nurses and NACs on the floor.

    Registered Nurse (RN) Resident Care / Unit Manager Requirements:

  • Must have a current Washington State Registered Nurse license in good standing

  • Must have current CPR/First Aide certification

  • Must pass a criminal background check

  • Must meet all Washington Administrative Code (WAC) requirements related to this position

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Ability to read/write in English, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods, and lift 50 pounds

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Our Company follows WA Proclamation 21.14.1 which requires all employees working in the Health Care Setting be fully vaccinated for COVID-19, unless they are exempt for medical and religious reasons, no later than October 18, 2021.

    SALARY RANGE- $79,000 TO $95,000 ANNUALLY DOE
