Hourly Rate: $17.39
Full-time bilingual English/Spanish position available immediately. The position is located at our Des Moines Medical Clinic. In this position you will be assisting patients to access & establish medical care, and other related services. Under the direction of the Managed Care Department Head, the CSR pro-actively contact customers, assists in scheduling initial appointment, answers questions regarding online application processes, and provides linkage to various services and programs.
The qualified applicant must have strong multi-tasking skills and exceptional customer service experience, excellent communication skills and the ability to operate with a high level of professionalism. In addition they must demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills and must be detail oriented. The CSR expected to have a strong work ethic, exercise good judgment, maintain strict confidentiality, and have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The CSR must also be able to work in a fast paced environment and meet established goals and deadlines
High School diploma or equivalent is required
Experience in social services, healthcare, case management or patient accounts is a plus
Computer skills are a must with emphasis on MS Excel and Word
Must be able to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish both written and orally
Must be flexible with their work schedule
Bilingual English/Spanish is required.
