Sign-on bonus if hired before 11/15/2021
Full time $2000 if working 30+ hours per week
Part time $1000 if working 20-29 hours per week
50% paid out on first full pay period and the other 50% upon successful completion of 90 days

Prepares ingredients by following recipes; slicing, cutting, chopping, mincing, stirring, whipping, and mixing ingredients; adding seasonings; verifying taste; and plating meals.
Completes hot meal preparation by grilling, sautéing, roasting, frying, and broiling ingredients and assembling and refrigerating cold ingredients.
Adheres to proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures; maintains temperature and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) logs as required; and maintains appropriate dating, labeling, and rotation of all food items.
Ensures smooth operation of cafeteria services during absence of supervisor.
Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of equipment, food storage, and work areas.
Current Washington State Food Handlers Permit
Must pass a criminal background check
Ability to problem solve, multi-task and prioritize duties in an organized and efficient manner.
A genuine concern for the elderly and a desire to provide excellent customer service.
Positive attitude and professional image.
Ability to be self-motivated and self-directed in job duties and work independently or with a team.
Provide residents with personal service in a professional and confidential manner.
Communicate clearly with residents, fellow co-workers and supervisors.
Education/Experience: High school diploma is minimum requirement.
Language Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
Able to push/pull, bend, stoop, grasp, and reach. Able to lift 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
