Job Title: Mid-Atlantic Business Unit Lead
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mid-Atlantic Business Unit Lead to oversee and manage all aspects of our client's commercial concrete construction operations within the Mid-Atlantic region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving financial targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability within the Mid-Atlantic region.
Manage and lead a team of sales, marketing, and operations professionals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with other business units and departments to ensure overall company success.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
7+ years of experience in business management, sales, or operations.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of the Mid-Atlantic market and industry trends.
