About the Position:
This position is located on the Darrington Ranger District with responsibility for accomplishing a variety of support services including but not limited to the following: procurement of administrative supplies and equipment, budget planning, work planning, initiating personnel actions, database support and may serve as Contracting Officer Representative (COR) for individual contracts. The position does supervise permanent and seasonal Visitor Services Specialists staffing the lobby of the ranger station which includes overseeing the sale of passes, permits, merchandise, and assisting in forest product procurement.
