Hampton Lumber Mills Journey Level Millwright in Darrington, Washington
**Overview
**The position of journey level millwright will be responsible for understanding their mechanics of working machinery, maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and installing equipment and facilities on the plant site. Will have the ability to establish a working relationship with maintenance, production, and management personnel to achieve the goals of the organization. Ability to understand and work with work order systems, machine histories, scheduling, warehousing, and related maintenance fields.
Wage: $29.30 - 41.06 $ ($60,944 - $85,280 annually) which does not include any applicable shift differential. Production bonuses are possible for every employee each month, based on the plant site's target goals.
Work Schedule: Friday-Sunday 5:00am-3:30pm, followed by one 10 hour shift one day during the week. Day to be determined. The schedule is subject to change based on the needs of the facility.

Responsibilities
Proficient in welding, cutting
Understand pneumatic and hydraulic systems,
Proficient use of all tools relate to the trade.
Good hand/eye coordination.
Capable of working on ladders, walking stairs, and on uneven surfaces.
Be able to operate and/or learn to operate all facility equipment to the degree needed for troubleshooting and testing.
Assist production personnel to maintain the flow of product.
Working knowledge of work orders and kitting process.
Attend any training necessary to upgrade performance.
Operate machinery in a safe manner so injury does not occur to operator or any employee in the area.
Notify supervisor of any problems that arise during the shift.
Train any employees as assigned by supervisor.
Work overtime as necessary.
