Skills and Requirements

A minimum of five (5) years of leadership experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or military environment.

 Experience coaching, counseling, and developing employees.

 Transformation experience utilizing automation and advanced technology to improve operations.

 Experience utilizing constraint analysis and continuous improvement tools/processes to prioritize work and solve complex issues. Bachelors Degree or higher in a technical or business Program

 Previous Gypsum experience
