Duties: *Answering phones and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner. *Offer assistance and answer questions regarding residential and commercial electrical applications. *Suggest solutions and materials to solve electrical issues. Provide product information. *Display and stock sales floor with merchandise. As well as keeping area clean. *Organizing stock areas. *Process sales receipts and payments. *Keep track of merchandise ordering needs. *Order merchandise. *Put freight away upon arrival. *Spool off wire and gather materials for customer needs. *Load and unload vehicles with material when necessary. *Write up work orders for field crews. *Grounds keeping and building maintenance. Skills/Qualifications: Motivation for Sales; Excellent Customer Service Skills; Professional and Friendly; Proficient In Verbal and Written English Language; Interpersonal Skills; Ability to Multi-Task; Physical Demands to include standing for long periods of time, lifting up to 50 pounds, stooping, kneeling, crouching and climbing ladders; Enthusiastic and Energetic.
