Physical Therapist, Mount Carmel Hospital-Colville, WA
Providence is offering up to $ 10,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible external candidates who meet all conditions for payment.
Under the general direction of the Rehabilitation (Rehab) Services Manager or Assistant Manager, assesses patient needs, develops patient treatment goals, and plans and implements the appropriate treatment program utilizing a variety of professional physical therapy procedures.

Shift Details:
Full-time, 1.0 FTE, Day shift
Part-time, 0.6 FTE, Day shift
Required Qualifications:
Sufficient for license.
Washington Physical Therapist License upon hire.
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
