Insight Global Patient Services Specialist in Colville, Washington

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Patient Services Specialist to join our healthcare team. This position will be on-call supporting vacancies of current full-time staff. Hours will vary based on the need; this person's average schedule will be 30 hours. This person will need to be available for weekend hours occasionally and will be reimbursed additional pay per hour worked on weekends or evenings. This position is fully onsite in Colville, WA. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support in a medical setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner

  • Schedule patient appointments and maintain accurate patient records

  • Verify insurance information and assist with billing inquiries

  • Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries promptly

  • Collaborate with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow

Skills and Requirements

-High School Diploma or GED

-Experience in a patient-facing environment

  • 1+ years of experience with customer service

-Ability to pass background check & drug screen

-Proficient computer skills -Experience with Epic EMR null
