TITLE: Mental Health Services Supervisor -- 1 - Colville
DUTIES: Primary responsibility is to provide daily supervision over assigned Case Managers and Certified Peer Counselors in the Colville Mental Health Unit. This includes planning, organizing and implementing outpatient behavioral health services with assigned staff in conjunction with overall NEWACS mission, goals, state laws, contract requirements and NEWACS policies and procedures to ensure services are delivered as intended. Problem-solve clinical, administrative, and personnel issues that arise on a daily basis to assure complete and professional behavioral health service delivery to the residents of Stevens County. Provide monthly 1-hour individual clinical supervision to assigned clinical staff. Provide Mental Health Treatment Services. Ensure provision of coordinated and integrated behavioral health services to NEWACS-enrolled individuals in Stevens County. Serve as a Designated Crisis Responder (DCR) as needed.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related Mental Health field required. Certified as an Agency Affiliated Counselor with the WA. State Dept. of Health required; licensure as a Mental Health Counselor, Social Worker, or Marriage and Family Therapist strongly preferred. Five years employment experience in behavioral healthcare strongly preferred. Two years supervisory experience strongly preferred. Must have good written & oral communication skills and be able to complete administrative & clinical records. Computer literacy required -- clinical software used. Travel required within Stevens County. Must have driver's license, vehicle insurance, & able to use own vehicle if agency vehicle is not available (mileage reimbursement paid). Abstract of driving record for past three years required. Satisfactory criminal history backgrounds check results are a condition of employment. Must not be listed by a federal agency as debarred, excluded, or otherwise ineligible for federal program participation.
SALARY & BENEFITS: Annual salary starting at $89.088.00 - 109,512.00 based on qualifications and experience. Full time employees (and their families) receive $1100 per month for enrollment in company medical, dental, and vision as well as employer paid life insurance with voluntary plan options, Washington State Retirement Plans and deferred compensation plans, 12 paid holidays per year and start at 12 hours of paid time off per month.
