  • Regular shifts are Monday -- Friday, with overtime as needed
  • Day shift hours are 6:00 am to 2:30 pm / Swing shift hours are 2:15 pm to 10:45 pm

Responsibilities Include:

  • Operating fabricating machines such as brake press, CNC mill, CNC punch press, lathe, and laser.
  • Following specifications such as blueprints, design drawings, and bill of materials, and planning sequence of operations.
  • Following procedures and conducting preventative maintenance programs.
  • Learning the site-specific usage of different types of forklifts and how they are used in different areas for a specific job.
  • Using logic and reasoning to troubleshoot and identify alternative solutions to problems.
  • Participating in the continuous improvement system.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • 1 year or more experience preferred but not required
  • Basic math skills
  • Read a tape measure
  • Ability to communicate with supervisors, peers, and subordinates
  • Good listening skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Arm-hand steadiness
