$15k Sign-on Bonus!As a Charge Nurse, you are essential to quality resident care. Duties include medication assistance/administration, nursing services, training / supervising staff, and all things related to resident well-being.You will: *Train staff and assist the director of nursing *Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents *Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, assistance or administration with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence, as permitted by state regulations *Ensure care as indicated on resident treatment and service plans *Know and follow infection control and safety procedures *Review, update and communicate resident care documentation. *Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per nurse scope of practice and state regulations You Currently: *Possess a current nurse license in good standing *Typical candidates have 1-year of providing supervision in healthcare.
