We are looking for a Sr. Manager, Engineering to lead our Build Experiences team. Our team builds full-stack user experiences to help customers create solutions in Smartsheet. You will lead a team of engineers that will design and build new features that delight our customers and build services that scale to our growing customer base. You will collaborate with other engineering leaders, product managers and design leaders through the entire software development lifecycle. You will report to our Director, Engineering located in our Bellevue, WA office, or you may work remotely from anywhere in the US where Smartsheet is a registered employer. You Will: Focus on team members and coaching them to play to their strengths, grow and deliver peak performance Focuses on individual and team needs to foster a positive culture consistent with Smartsheet values.
