Our Total Rewards team supporting 3,000+ employees globally, is seeking a Sr. Benefits Analyst to lead and optimize critical aspects of our benefits operations, from open enrollment to vendor management to data-driven decision-making. You Will: Play a leading role in evaluating benefit offerings, while supporting the planning, execution, and communication of the annual open enrollment process. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, brokers, and vendors to deliver top-tier service and alignment with company goals. Support change management efforts during major benefits transitions or new program rollouts to ensure smooth adoption. Be responsible for metric dashboards and data analysis to drive the future of work on our team. Use data to identify trends and opportunities for program improvements and cost efficiencies. Analyze market benchmarking data, employee feedback, and claims data to identify trends and implement improvements year over year. Proactively identify inefficiencies in processes and implement scalable solutions. Develop and refine workflows to improve the employee experience and the benefits team's operational effectiveness. Ensure benefits-related systems like Workday are effectively supporting the business through efficient benefit and leave administration. Ensure policies, legislative changes, and legal requirements, such as ERISA, HIPAA, and the Affordable Care Act to assist with plan compliance efforts. Negotiate contracts, monitor performance metrics, and manage renewals. Partner with external consultants and internal stakeholders to evaluate, implement, and enhance benefits offerings. You Have: 5+ years in benefits administration, program management, or a similar role, preferably in a corporate setting with a mid to large-sized organization. Industry-specific certification (PHR, CBP, CEBS) preferred Proven ability to lead complex projects with cross-functional teams and external brokers and vendors. Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities, with proficiency in tools like Excel, Smartsheet, and Workday platforms. A knack for identifying challenges and creating practical, scalable solutions. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences including senior leadership teams and large employee audiences.
