The Amazon Freight Partner team is seeking candidates with entrepreneurial spirit who are quick learners and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment. Key job responsibilities * Be responsible for defining the pricing strategy for Amazon Freight Partner Program * Work with cross-functional teams to develop the pricing strategy, manage the product roadmap, and execute on implementing the product. * Develop a scalable mechanism to collect user feedback, perform root cause analysis, translate into business requirements, and identify short-term and long-term solutions. * Make key strategic decisions and get buy-in from senior leadership across transportation. * Track and report the progress and the impact of your initiatives. As an ideal candidate, you will need an extensive background in product management, demonstrated analytical skills, and experience in managing and launching products. You will possess the ability to synthesize customer pain points, apply them to pricing strategy, craft product vision and roadmaps, develop requirements and manage all aspects of execution. This requires rapid learning in new domain areas. Successful candidates should be analytical, comfortable thinking big and diving deep, and have a proven track record of end-to-end project ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment. Since you will be working with senior leadership directly, exceptional communication skills are a must. 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience Bachelor\'s degree Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition Experience with end to end product delivery Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product Experience as a product manager or owner Experience owning technology products Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from \$110,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to \$206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
