NOKIA Networks Senior NPI Support Engineer in Clyde Hill, Washington

Nokia of America Corporation, Senior NPI Support Engineer (Multiple Positions), Bellevue, WA. SALARY RANGE: $119,764 -166,400 per year WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.) Provide support to Nokia customers for New Product Introductions for new 4G/5G RAN software, hardware, products and solutions. Participate in the validation of regression tests, new features, test plan creation and test execution, and data and log collection. Perform analysis, technical reviews, and presentation of results and issues to customer executives and key stakeholders. Provide technical answers, share technical information, and provide competence transfer. Support customers regarding requirements, automation, upgrades, feature activations, and other improvements. Work with Tier 3 and R&D teams regarding the trouble tickets, issue resolution and will communicate and convince the customer regarding the provided solutions for the issues identified. Analyze, develop and implement concepts and solutions as a subject matter expert. #LI-DNI JOB REQUIREMENTS: Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, and a minimum of 5 years of post-bachelor's progressive related work experience, OR a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, and a minimum of 3 years of related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience with the following: LTE and 5G standards and protocols; 4G/5G messaging and call flows; Radio Access Network Elements, including eNB and gNB; Troubleshooting; and Spectrum Analyzer, QXDM, QCAT, XCAL, and Wireshark. Domestic travel up to 25% required.
