Diamond Parking Service Office Assistant in Clyde Hill, Washington

SUMMARY - Performs customer service, clerical, administrative and business detail by performing the following duties. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Answers incoming telephone calls, talking with customers, and providing customer service by performing such things as receiving complaints, or reconciling customer accounts. Performs data entry. Opens and codes mail. Performs general clerical and administrative office duties, such as maintaining and organizing files. Assists in special projects as assigned. Has experience using Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel. Ability to work with confidential and sensitive data. Creates, organizes, and compiles accurate reporting; Daily and weekly. Other duties may include limited field work. Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Education/Experience: One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Language Skills: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to interpret bar graphs. Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
