Job Summary As a Managed Services Solutions Executive, your role is to lead our sales engagement aimed at promoting our Managed Services offerings to clients, with a primary focus on achieving revenue, expense, profit, and client satisfaction targets. This position is responsible for identifying all business opportunities and partnering with extended team members and key stakeholders to effectively sell our Managed Services portfolio and satisfy client expectations. What you will do: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets within the designated territory. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive networking, prospecting, and lead generation activities. Foster close collaboration with internal teams to gain insight into client needs, customize solutions, and deliver compelling proposals and presentations. Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within potential client organizations. Leverage your expertise with our Managed Services offerings to articulate their value proposition, address client inquiries, and proficiently handle objections. Remain updated on industry dynamics and emerging technologies to shape sales strategies and uphold a competitive edge. Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and other relevant reports to management on a regular basis Plans and conducts complex contract negotiations between CDW and client which results in appropriate and often long-term agreements and commitments. Anticipates future client problems in account planning, industry and information technology trends and develops realistic visions and strategies based on client strategic direction. Participates in industry and business-related organizations, societies, conferences and other client-related activities to maintain professional credibility and leadership. Leads by example and demonstrates the highest level of teamwork and professional qualities in all activities to enhance CDW's position in the marketplace May perform other related duties as required and assigned to grow the CDW Managed Services business. What we expect of you: Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or related technical degree and at least five years' experience selling managed services, cloud-based services or outsourcing solutions with a successful track record, to include at least two years' experience leveraging partner resources throughout the sales cycle, OR 9 years total years' experience selling managed services, cloud-based services or outsourcing solutions with a successful track record, to include at least two years' experience leveraging partner resources throughout the sales cycle Demonstrated skills in financial analysis of a deal Demonstrated ability to coordinate with internal delivery teams to develop and architect a solution to meet the requirements of client's business based requirements Demonstrated problem solving, customer service, negotiation, and follow-up skills Demonstrated presentation and communication skills across all levels of an organization, both internally and externally with clients and partnership. Experience with enterprise sales, with both strategic planning and day-to-day execution. Proven performance record with demonstrated year-over-year metrics. Successful record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Ability to take personal ownership of professional goals and achieve financial targets. Strong ambition and sense of urgency
