PACCAR Financial PACCAR Financial facilitates the sale of premium-quality PACCAR vehicles in 25 countries on four continents worldwide by offering a full spectrum of creative, flexible financial products and value-added services specifically tailored to the transportation industry. Job Functions / Responsibilities Reconcile various general ledger accounts in the areas of cash, accounts receivable, intercompany receivables and liabilities. Ensure the accuracy and timely processing of transactions and resolve issues as they occur. Process clearing of aged items as identified. Prepare daily treasury-related journal entries and maintain communication with the treasury group regarding unusual items. Prepare monthly journal entries and participate in the month end close process. Prepare financial reports used internally by Senior Management. Assist with areas of the 10Q and 10K External Reporting process. Maintain and load financial data into the Consolidations reporting system. Provide backup for daily cash and check processing, financial reporting and analysis, general ledger maintenance and other duties as assigned. Assist with managing Capital budget system and the Fixed asset system for PACCAR Financial Corp. Complete special projects and ad hoc analysis as assigned. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration required CPA or MBA desired 2+ years of relevant work experience Excellent analytical and technical accounting skills Attention to detail Excellent organizational and communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, with emphasis on Excel Must have the ability to multi-task and prioritize activities to meet deadlines as required.
