Get started!Job Functions / ResponsibilitiesManage the preparation and project management of PACCAR Inc's SEC filings including Forms 8-K, 10-Q and 10-KPerform technical reviews of various footnotes and MD&A itemsCoordinate with External Auditors during the quarterly review and annual auditAssist in technical accounting research including communication with various divisionsPerform technical GAAP / SEC research and prepare position papersAssist with the adoption of new accounting pronouncementsPrepare peer analysis and benchmarkingSupport Senior Accounting management and Corporate AccountingAssist or manage various ad-hoc projects and special assignmentsQualificationsMinimum 5+ years relevant work experienceStrong working knowledge of SEC ReportingPublic accounting and industry experience with multinational publicly traded company preferredStrong technical and analytical accounting skills with intermediate to advanced computer skills in Excel (i.e. pivot tables, macros, charts and graphs) and data analytic tools (i.e. tableau, etc.)Ability to communicate complex accounting issues at an executive levelAbility to work independently and self-motivated, handling multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a team environmentExceptional interpersonal, communication and organizational skills, with strong attention to detailEducationBachelor's Degree in Accounting requiredCPA/MBA Professional Certification DesiredBenefitsPACCAR offers comprehensive benefits from time of hire through retirement for vested employees and their families.
