Job Description Assists with and performs quantitative and qualitative analyses related to short-, mid- and long-term financial plans for PSE and its parent companies, as well as analytics associated with resource additions, corporate performance drivers and various strategic initiatives. Upholds the safety compliance standards inherent in PSE's operation and/or field procedures related to work responsibilities. Promotes and supports a culture of total safety. Demonstrates commitment to conduct business honestly, ethically and consistent with our core values and Code of Conduct. Ensures duties are performed in accordance with all regulatory compliance obligations. Job Responsibilities Performs daily treasury management functions, including: electronic funds transfers, day-to-day banking issue resolution, accounting entries and transactions documentation, and planning for and/or execution of short-term borrowing and investment transactions to meet daily operating cash requirements. Analyzes, projects and plans for cash positions. Determines optimal transactions to minimize interest costs, manage cash flows, and maximize investment returns. Works with internal and external partners to resolve treasury or banking issues Prepares required compliance reporting and certifications. Maintains SOX documentation and ensures compliance. Analyzes banking fees and suggests opportunities to optimize banking programs and processes Performs other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field 2+ years of relevant experience Effective verbal and written communication skills Outstanding attention to details, problem solving, and analytical skills Desired Qualifications Master's Degree in a quantitative field or MBA Applicable Finance Certification (CFA, CPA, CTP) 2+ years of experience working in the gas and/or electric industry Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and create capacity Ability to drive solutions/decisions beyond area of expertise and proactively addresses potential issues Additional Information At PSE we value and respect our employees and provide them opportunities to excel. We offer a competitive compensation and rewards package. The pay range for this position is$69,600.00-$108,100.00, and this position is eligible for annual goals based incentive bonuses.
