Requisition Summary The PACCAR Corporate IT Summer Intern will be part of a dynamic IT operations team responsible for installing, maintaining, and supporting PC infrastructure (hardware and software), analyzing complicated processes to providesolutions, and makingdecisionsunder pressurein afast-paced environment. Job Functions / Responsibilities Install, maintain, and support a PC/Server infrastructure including hardware and software. Provide local and remote IT support to PACCAR sites located throughout North America and China. Efficiently assist customers with system troubleshooting and provide effective resolutions. Analyze existing IT operations and make recommendations for improvement and growth to continuouslymature & automate the environment. Support assigned IT projects including infrastructure enhancements, high-volume device deployments, and other initiatives as assigned Ability to physically lift up to 30lb. of equipment (on occasion) Qualifications Must be a quick multitasker and effectively rebalance shifting priorities as needed Technical knowledge of Windows 10/11, O365 suite, and Apple iOS services Familiarity with cloud-based services including AWS, Azure, and Mobile Device Management Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to effectively communicate and present technologicalinformation, details, findings and ideas to end-users, peers, and management. Ability to independently conduct research on IT issues and resolve issues as needed This internship is targeted to start between mid-May/June 2025.
