Job Purpose:Establishes and maintains customer by scheduling and monitoring equipment installation and restoration service; maintaining records.Duties: * Serves new customers by analyzing service orders; developing travel/service schedule; dispatching technicians; monitoring installation progress. * Clears alarms by operating computer. * Restores service by analyzing alarms; dispatching technicians; monitoring repair progress; completing line tests. * Documents service actions by completing logs; filing installation and repair reports; forwarding billing information. * Provides monthly service and efficiency reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends. * Maintains customer satisfaction by responding to inquires, service requests, and complaints. * Maintains customer confidence by keeping service and billing information confidential. * Maintains safe work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations. * Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations. * Accomplishes operations and organization mission by completing related results as needed.Skills/Qualifications:Telecommunications Technologies, Telecommunications Knowledge, Telecommunications Systems Engineering, Safety Management, Customer Service, Customer Focus, Analyzing Information , Problem Solving, Quality Management, Organization, Multi-tasking
