Job Summary:
Eastern Washington University is currently seeking a Contracts Specialist 2. This is a new position to support the Procurement and Contracts department.
• This position is intended to primarily provide enterprise guidance, preparation, and execution of purchases and contracts related to public works and facilities. The position will also assist other departments at the university with purchase orders and contracts for a wide-variety of goods and services.
• This position has the responsibility in the negotiation and preparation of complex contracts, inter agency agreements, affiliation agreements, and various other contracts.
• Position is responsible for contracts and letters of understanding to provide or obtain services or goods for EWU , including technical contract support activities such as contract cost/price analysis, contract compliance administration or contract administration.

• The salary for this position is $58,044 (minimum) up to $78,120. Where the hired candidate will begin within this range is dependent on education, experience, and skills.
