Providence is inviting current nursing students and recent graduates to apply for our RN Residency Program at Providence Centralia Hospital . An RN Residency with Providence will provide the foundation and support essential to becoming an expert in your specialty. Learn through a combination of structured curriculum, simulation, and authentic patient experience guided by experienced preceptors. If you are a recent graduated RN, with less than 12 months of experience, then the Providence resident program is for you. This position starts on July 29, 2024.

Full-Time, Day and Night shifts available

Sign-on Bonus for eligible candidates who meet all conditions for payment – this is in addition to the fantastic benefits and compensation package offered by Providence that begin on your first day of employment.

MedSurg and Telemetry: $15,000

All other departments : $10,000

Relocation is also available for applicants who qualify.

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program

  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire

  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire

  • within 6 months (180 days) of hire: National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program and is newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less

Preferred Qualifications:

  • upon hire: National Certification in area of specialty is preferred, unless otherwise indicated
