Amergis PMHNP Opportunity - New Facility in Centralia, Washington
We are currently seeking a PMHNP role in Centralia, WA. Will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with mental health disorders.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications.
Provide psychotherapy and crisis intervention.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
JOB DETAILS:
W2 + medical/dental/vision PTO, 401K
40 hours, M-F, 8-5

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Active/Unrestricted WA License
BLS/ACLS Certification
Active/unrestricted DEA
